More Fabu! Pre-war 1 bedroom, high floor, immaculate, great looking doorman building, 1 block from Sutton, doorman, staff, and more. Yours for $3300. No Fee!
No Fees Everywhere!
I guess it's time to revitalize No Fee In NYC! It has been a while since I've posted and this almost became an abandoned project, but after further consideration, I see this blog as part of the larger picture, to bring the best quality information to the largest audience. So, we are back!
Market Update: No fee apartments are more plentiful than ever. Rental prices "fell off the table" over the winter and renters have the right to rejoice. Last year's $3500 apartment is now $2800. The $2400 lux studio is now $2000. And the big 2 bedroom that you were eyeing between $5000 and $6000 is now in the 4's. Best yet, fees and incentives are everywhere. The offers are simply to numerous to list on a blog, but I do have a handy database to refer to that is updated constantly! So, if you are in the market for an apartment, feel free to give me a call any time at:
646-237-4170
Thanks,
Andrew
